Dobeli Electrical Services is seeking a motivated and reliable Apprentice Electrician (1st, 2nd, or 3rd Year) to join our growing team based in Bendigo. Whether you're just beginning your career or continuing your apprenticeship, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning from experienced tradespeople in a supportive, professional environment.

 

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist qualified electricians with installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial sites

• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and plans

• Perform basic tasks including wiring, terminating, and testing

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Attend TAFE and complete all required off-the-job training

• Commit to continuous learning and development

 

What We're Looking For

• Genuine interest in the electrical trade

• Basic knowledge of electrical or technical concepts (advantageous but not essential)

• Confidence in using hand tools

• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

• Great attention to detail and a focus on safety

 

You’ll Need to Have:

• Construction Induction Card (White Card)

• Valid manual driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle

• Basic tool kit

• Willingness to complete a pre-employment physical with a qualified doctor

• If a continuing apprentice: must be up to date with eProfiling and TAFE

• A positive attitude and the ability to communicate well with team members and clients
